Returns & Refunds
Only items purchased on the Casa Mondo Candele website can be returned to Casa Mondo Candele for refund or exchange.
Items purchased at other retail outlets must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering a Casa Mondo Candele or other products online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
Shipping and additional postage charges are the responsibility of the shopper.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it provided that you provide reasonable evidence of your reaction.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Casa Mondo Candele will provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Product may be returned to Casa Mondo Candele by Australia Post within 14 days of purchase.

FREE POST
Parcel Post shipping will be free of charge where the order total is AUD$60 or greater.
PARCEL POST ($12)
Shipping will be charged at AUD$12 for standard post for all orders under AUD$60. Our Parcel Post deliveries will arrive within 5-10 business days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked.
EXPRESS POST ($15)
Shipping will be charged at AUD$15 for Express Post of product (not including gift vouchers). Our Express Post deliveries will arrive within 2 - 4 business days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked.
Please note: Parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address.
